Cuore soffice

Mantenete il cuore soffice e ricettivo in meditazione. La meditazione è un terreno fertile che può far crescere uno straordinario raccolto. Nella pratica, il respiro ci scolpisce donandoci freschezza e novità continuamente.

In ogni momento in cui riconosciate resistenze in meditazione, lasciatele andare espirandole fuori dal corpo. Superarle può insegnarci il valore della contemplazione interiore e dell’abbandono. Solo così queste qualità possono essere donate agli altri.
